Bilstein B6 shocks are the upgrade for a 2019-2021 Volkswagen Arteon that feels soft rather than broken. They keep the OE springs and ride height and simply take the slop out of how the car moves.
The B6 Performance is a performance upgrade over the factory damper that works with the factory springs. Valving is set for each application, and every damper is tested to meet or exceed original equipment standards.
Inside is Bilstein's monotube design, with the gas and oil separated by a floating piston. That keeps damping consistent when the road turns rough and the unit gets hot, where a lesser damper would go soft.
