A grooved washer that prevents lock seats from backing off and taking your ride height with them. The grooved face bites into the lock seat and resists the vibration that works it loose. Strut cars benefit most, because the damper bolts directly to the knuckle and carries everything the wheel does, but the plates work equally well on double wishbone setups. Sold as a set of four, enough for a full car.
