The 360 Bearing Upper is a bearing-equipped upper spring seat. As the suspension strokes, a spring winds and unwinds, and that twist fights the damper instead of letting it work. The bearing lets the spring rotate freely, so the stroke is smoother, the spring feels softer, and ride quality improves. It also quiets the creak strut cars make when the steering is turned. Supplied as a pair with two Super Thrust Sheets included.
Why Use a 360 Bearing?

Fitment note: some cars cannot take an upper seat at the rear, including the RB1 Odyssey, Mazda MX-5 Miata (NA through ND) and RX-8. Where 34mm of space is available, 326POWER recommends fitting two 360 Bearing Lowers, one at each end of the spring, instead.
