This Whiteline Tie Rod Boot Kit fits the 1963-1980 MG MGB. Chassis code: B-Series. The part number is W93424. Included: 2 bushings.
A tie rod end boot is a flexible cover that keeps grease in and dirt and water out. Once it tears, grit gets into the joint and wears it quickly. A new boot seals the joint again, and doing it early is far cheaper than replacing the joint.
Installation is rated moderate, with about 1 hour of work listed. An alignment is required after installation.
