These Whiteline 12mm Adjustable Front Camber Bolts fit the 1988-1989 Mercury Tracer Base. Whiteline's note for this fit: Adds +/- 0.75 degrees Camber. It goes on the front of the vehicle. Alignment problems often come down to one angle the factory settings cannot reach. After a car is lowered, fitted with different wheels, or simply gets older, camber can drift outside the range a shop is able to correct.
