2-Way Independent Damping
The XR2 separates compression and rebound damping into two independent adjusters with 16 clicks each — 256 combinations to tune chassis behavior precisely. Soften compression for road texture without losing rebound control, or stiffen rebound for transient response without hammering over bumps.
Inverted Monotube Damper
The inverted monotube design delivers far greater lateral rigidity than upright dampers, preventing shaft binding under heavy load and keeping damping consistent through full suspension travel — exactly what high-load track use demands.
Digressive Damping with 2-Way Refinement
Digressive valving controls chassis movement on transitions while blowing off big-bump forces for grip. With independent compression and rebound, you can shape the digressive curve in two directions, fine-tuning grip and ride quality separately.
Two-Stage Corrosion-Resistant Coating
XR2 damper bodies receive the same two-stage finish as the XR1: zinc phosphate pre-treatment plus an electrodeposited polymer coating that has cleared 1,000+ hours of salt-spray testing.
Rebuildable & Revalvable for Life
XR2 coilovers are fully rebuildable and revalvable. Send the kit back to Stance's Texas facility for service or a custom valving spec to match your tire setup, weight bias, or track configuration.
