• Shipping fees and tax are non-refundable.
• If the return of an item was caused by an error on our part, or a manufacturer's part, we will cover the shipping fees.

Depending on which segment, Öhlins offers up to 5-year limited warranty regarding the product's correct function. Racing products are excluded. In case of technical failures we will repair or exchange the product free of charge.

5-Year Limited Warranty

All Öhlins products for the automotive, motorcycle and mountain bike segments (in each case, except as otherwise provided herein), carry a 5-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship (except finish).

2-Year Limited Warranty

All (1) Öhlins products for the Automotive Road & Track segment, (2) Motorcycle MX products and (3) Enduro products (in each case, except as otherwise provided herein), carry a 2-Year Limited Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship (except finish).

ALL ÖHLINS PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED FOR, OR OTHERWISE USED IN, ANY RACING APPLICATIONS ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED FROM ANY WARRANTY.
