KONI products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty for the original retail purchaser against defects in materials, workmanship, and premature wear when used under normal street-driving conditions. Warranty coverage applies for as long as the original owner owns the vehicle on which the KONI product was originally installed and requires proof of purchase and vehicle registration. The warranty does not cover improper installation, racing or competition use, off-road use, misuse, accidents, or applications outside of KONI’s intended specifications.

The KONI STR.T Kit for the 2011-2023 Chrysler 300 AWD is a complete bolt-on suspension package — four matched KONI STR.T shocks paired with a set of Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs. The result is a 25–35 mm drop, tighter handling response, and a noticeably more composed ride than the factory setup.

STR.T is KONI's non-adjustable street-tuned shock, slightly firmer than OE but engineered for long daily-driver service life. The Eibach Pro-Kit springs are progressive-rate and engineered to preserve stock-shock travel, so wheel hop and harsh bottoming aren't part of the deal.
