Any notes or descriptions related to electronic damping systems (EDC, DDS, etc.) apply strictly to vehicle fitment. Aftermarket coilovers are not compatible with OEM electronic damping control systems unless explicitly stated.

Orders can be returned within 30 days of fulfillment if all rules shown below are met.

• Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resalable condition.
• Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
• Custom products, special order products, and services are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Shipping fees and tax are non-refundable.
• If the return of an item was caused by an error on our part, or a manufacturer's part, we will cover the shipping fees.

KONI products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty for the original retail purchaser against defects in materials, workmanship, and premature wear when used under normal street-driving conditions. Warranty coverage applies for as long as the original owner owns the vehicle on which the KONI product was originally installed and requires proof of purchase and vehicle registration. The warranty does not cover improper installation, racing or competition use, off-road use, misuse, accidents, or applications outside of KONI’s intended specifications.
