Product Details

BMR Suspension's Non-Adjustable Panhard Rod for the 2005-2014 Ford Mustang GT, V6, Shelby GT500, Bullitt, and Boss 302 (S197) replaces the flex-prone factory stamped panhard bar with a one-piece 1.25-inch DOM steel unit (0.120-inch wall) on 95-durometer greasable polyurethane bushings. The S197 uses its panhard rod to locate the rear axle laterally — once you lower the car or add power, OE rubber isolators let the axle walk sideways under throttle.

Tighter lateral axle control means straighter launches, more predictable rotation, and no more rear-end wander on rough roads. Available in Red or Black Hammertone powder-coat.
