The Bilstein B8 shocks are built for a 2001-2006 GMC Sierra 3500 (GMT800) that has been lifted or leveled, valved for the taller ride height rather than fighting it.
Bilstein supplies suspension as original equipment to manufacturers around the world, and applies the same engineering here. It fits the factory mounting points exactly and is covered by a limited lifetime warranty.
