Bilstein B6 shocks firm up the 2011-2024 Ford F-59 Commercial Stripped Chassis (F59) without lifting or lowering it. The truck stops wallowing over dips and stays settled whether it is empty or working.

The monotube design is what sets Bilstein apart. A single high-pressure gas chamber keeps the oil from aerating, so the damping stays consistent on a rough road instead of fading as the unit heats up.
