Use of these images or copyrighted logos/artwork by you or other third parties for purposes other than placing an order with Springrates.com, or using this site as a shopping resource is strictly prohibited and may violate the copyright laws, trademark laws, privacy laws and other laws and regulations. Nothing contained on this site may be construed as granting any license or right to use any of our trademarks or service marks without our prior written consent.

Some of the images shown on this site may not be the image for your specific vehicle. They are used for reference purposes only. Products cannot be returned due to mismatching of the image on our website. Images of items listed on Springrates.com are for references only. In some cases, the images shown on a product page are not the exact product and are used for reference only.

Typographical Errors
In the event of an incorrect price listed on Springrates.com due to typographical error, Springrates.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Springrates.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Department of Transportation’s Law
All modifications, except those that are exempt, have been designed and are intended for off-road use only. These components are legal in California for racing vehicles only, which may never be used in City streets or Public highways. Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. User/Buyer assumes all costs and risks associated with any aftermarket parts. It is the User/Buyer’s responsibility to know their local City and State Laws.

Placing an Order
All orders placed with springrates.com, using any method, constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on springrates.com. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For all Credit Card orders – WE ONLY SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. We will not ship to a PO BOX, APO and FPO. For International Orders – these orders have to be PREPAID via International Money Order or International Cashier’s Check only. Personal Checks are not accepted. Cashiers check and Money orders can also be accepted as a form of payment.

We do not accept COD shipments. COD shipments are only made to wholesale customers with a long standing relationship with Springrates. Before COD shipments can be placed, a COD approval must be given by our accounting dept. All certified forms of payment must be made payable to: Springrates, Inc. All prices, materials, design, and specifications are subject to change without notice.

It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the application of all parts before installation. Springrates.com highly recommends that you always keep your stock parts for as long as you have your vehicle.

Cancelling an Order
You may cancel an order as long as the order has not been shipped, unless the item was specially ordered. All new merchandise sold by springrates.com is only subject to manufacturer’s warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair, or replacement of merchandise. All other new parts and accessories are subject to a 90-day springrates.com warranty, excluding, light bulbs and electrical parts. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect/damage was caused by customer’s abuse, negligence, or mishandling, which will be determined solely by Springrates.

There are no warranty on USED merchandise. These items are sold as is. if an item arrives damaged, Springrates will assist the customer in filing a claim with the shipping company. All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery date. Claims made after that time will not be honored. there will be NO exceptions. Shipping/Freight company’s return/claim policies superceeds Password’s policy. In other words, if your claim is denied by the freight company, there isn’t much else we can do for you.

Customer will also be responsible for all shipping costs: the return to springrates.com, the shipping to the manufacturer and the shipping back to the customer.

No warranty on light bulbs and electrical components and are sold AS IS and may not be returned. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer’s abuse, negligence, or mishandling. No labor or inconvenience claim may be included in the warranty claims. Springrates highly recommends that you always keep your stock parts for as long as you have your vehicle. Therefore, Springrates is not responsible if your car is inoperable due to sending us the part for warranty claim.

All used engines/swaps include a start-up warranty. There are no warranties either expressed, or implied, on transmission or any other attached components on the engine. If there are any complications or disputes, the customer has 7(seven) days from the original delivery date(time of arrival) to file a claim with Springrates. Claims filed after that date will be NOT be honored.

No returns on custom orders or special orders. All wheels are custom orders due to sizing.

Condition of Used Parts
Used parts are sold as is, where is. common sense will tell you: Nothing used is perfect. If you are expecting perfect parts, buy them brand new. Conditions on used parts will vary. Used parts are expected to have scratches or dings. Uaws body parts will have to be retouched and repainted. Rare JDM parts that are out of production are hard enough to find in large quantities we offer.

We cannot guarantee color or condition. Although color preferences are allowed, Springrates reserves the right to send out colored parts in any color if the prefered color is not available.

We will not accept returns because buyer doesnt like condition of parts. If you have any questions, please address them before hand and ask for pics of the parts you have purchased prior to them being sent.

Returns or Exchanges
Return for exchange or refund will be allowed only within 7 Calendar days from receipt of merchandise. All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in it’s original saleable packaging, All packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions and hardware MUST also be returned. Your Invoice and/or Packing Slip must also be returned.

All returns must be sent Prepaid – no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned parts for it’s full value to protect yourself against loss with the carrier. We strongly recommend using UPS. If you send something Freight Collect to Springrates, it will be refused by the Receiving Department. If we did not refuse at the time of delivery, your credit card will be charge for the shipping charges based on which carrier and which service utilized.

  • No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, or painted.
  • No return or exchange on Light Bulbs, Electrical Items, Used merchandise, Used JDM items or Special Order items.
  • No return or exchange on Wheels and Tires that were shipped mounted and balanced.
  • All Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • No refund on shipping charges.

Shipments of in-stock products are usually initiated within 24 hours of the order being received. In cases where an item is out of stock, on back order, or on special order, Springrates will notify the customer via email with an approximate ETA. The delay in shipping can range from a few days to a many weeks depending on the product(s).

All shipments within the 48 Continental United States will be sent via UPS Ground service or FedEx, unless a custom shipping method is requested and quoted.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, 2nd Day Air Service will be utilized. There is no Ground Service. For UPS Ground Shipments, some products can be considered OS1, which UPS charges 30 pounds, some products can be considered OS2, which UPS charges 70 pounds. There are certain products such as Body Kits, Bumpers, Spoilers and Exhaust systems that will have an additional $50.00 added to the UPS charge because it’s over their size and weight restrictions. Parts that are too large or too heavy for UPS are delivered by Truck. Most truck freight items have Flat Delivery Rates, a Terminal Fee, Inside Delivery Charge Liftgate surcharge and/or Residential surcharge. For Air shipments, they are subject to Dimensional Weight. Please go to UPS.com for explanation. Damaged Shipments

Inspect your parcel carefully before signing for package. Note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt. If the package is in good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages. If you should receive parts damaged by the Shipping Carrier, you must call Springrates at 904-955-2645 within 24 hours or claim can not be filed.

Keep all original packaging, including packing materials, and original shipping carton. DO NOT return damaged items without prior approval. Springrates will call the shipping carrier to report the claim. The shipping carrier will issue a Damaged Call Tag and have the package returned to Springrates or the manufacturer.

Please open your order immediately upon receipt. Check your invoice for backordered items. Backorder parts will come in a separate box. Inspect packing list with the products shipped. If shortages are found, please inspect box for split, crack or tears. Notify Springrates and the carrier immediately.

All aerodynamic (fiberglass/carbon fiber) products are hand crafted and as unique as a finger print, no two items will be exactly identical. Small imperfections such as wavy weaves, small bubbles and resin blemishes will be inevitable. Such minor imperfections are race industry standard and considered acceptable. Therefore it is NOT considered to be defective.
All aerodynamic products require professional installation. Minor adjustments might be necessary. This is part of the normal body work and installation process. Springrates has made all efforts to produce its aftermarket products to fit the original factory vehicles as closely as possible. However, some occasional prepping may be necessary for an ideal fit. The buyer needs to perform these steps to his/her satisfaction before installation. If the buyer wishes to paint the products, he or she must pre-fit the parts to the vehicle before painting to ensure proper fit. There will be absolutely no returns on painted products.
