You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will not expedite return shipments, nor will we reimburse you for expedited shipping. We only use ground shipping.
In the event of a refund request, a 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount.
- Returns must be received in new, uninstalled, and unused condition in the original packaging.
- In order to return the item the buyer MUST pay return shipping.
- RMA #s are required for all returns and can be received by contacting customer service at email@example.com.
- Refunds are offered for Domestic USA orders only. All sales are final for International orders.
- Refunds will be credited back to you within 7 days after we received and checked your item(s) into our warehouse.
- Refunds will be the total purchase price of the item, minus a 15% restocking fee (shipping and taxes not included)
Please note that returns are not accepted on Custom Orders. All sales are final on Custom Orders.

We offer free shipping within the Continental USA on orders over $49. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and other locations outside of the Continental USA will incur a shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for all additional fees such as customs. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed. If you wish to change the shipping address after an order is placed, the order must be canceled and a new order must be placed. This will restart the wait time of the order as well.
