Compliment your suspension setup on your 2017-2020 Toyota 86 (ZN6) with the only under-mount caster + camber plates on the market that offer independently adjustable caster and/or camber with confidence on the fly at the track or in your garage. These come with NO SPRING PERCH, allowing you to reuse the spring perch on your existing shock. No cutting, drilling or bending of any kind is needed to install our CasCam system on your car.

How to adjust camber?

Once the load is off the suspension, loosen the 4 bolts holding the bearing housing in place. Adjust positive or negative camber by sliding the bearing housing. Tighten and torque the 4 bolts, and get back on the track!

Min/Max Camber Specs

CasCam is capable of getting - 4.5° of negative camber gain and + 1° of positive camber (+/- .5°). Please note that the amount of negative and positive camber is dependent upon your suspension/coilover set-up. Some coilovers are slotted which allow for additional negative camber. SPC makes a strut bolt that allows for an additional 1.5° of negative. The combination of the camber bolt and slotted coilovers can yield -4.5° of negative camber gain.

How to adjust caster?

While the front of your car is lifted, loosen the 3 outer bolts on the strut tower that hold the plate in place. Starting at 0° (or all the way forward), slide the plate backwards to add positive caster. Re-torque the three bolts and get back on the track!

Min/Max Caster Specs

CasCam is capable of getting an additional 1° of positive caster gain which would yield a total of 7° of positive caster. You can also fully adjust the caster back to the stock setting which is 6°.

Undermount Plate

CasCam is the only under-mount style plate that allows for the separate adjustment of caster and camber. Bolting to the underside of the strut tower gives you the freedom to choose any top-mounting strut tower brace you desire, including our very own light-weight Stiff Arms.

Minimal Stack Height, Maximum Suspension Travel

CasCam has the lowest stack height of any under-mount coil-over top plate. Why is this important? Stack height is where your minimum ride height is found. The space between the bottom of the strut tower and the top of the coil spring is where CasCam is unique. By reducing this space, we've given the ability to drop your car lower then it could ever be before.

Minimized stack height and increased strength

We designed the camber plate with a thick cross section which enabled us to move the CasCam bearing housing up into the open area of the strut tower. Tucked into the thicker camber plate, a machined pocket holds the housing in place without sacrificing strength or rigidity. By doing so, we gained the space needed to move the rest of the components up into the car; which, in-turn, lowers your car and gives you the adjust-ablility for race and/or style.

Spring Perch Details

CasCam comes with a spring perch that is matched to your linear coil-over spring. Currently, we offer spring perches for the following springs: 2 1/4" - 2 1/2" - 60mm - 90mm.

Spring Perch Bearing

Fitted inside each spring perch is a sealed, angular contact thrust bearing. We know what your saying... “What is that and why do I need it?” Isolating the rotational loads caused by the natural movement in the suspension prevents the spherical bearing from prematurely wearing out. If you've had any kind of “chatter” come from your old caster/camber plates, you know why this is important!

Shock Nut and Spring Perch Bushing

We machined the shock nut and bushing from stainless steel to provide the ultimate in corrosion resistant and longevity. Fitment of the shock nut and bushing is dependent on the coilover's shock input shaft thread size and pitch.

Lightweight Aluminum Structure

The structural elements of CasCam are precisely CNC machined from billet aluminum. We understand that every racer is concerned about weight and we take every opportunity to shave weight wherever possible without sacrificing strength. The bearing housing threads are roll-formed not cut to further prevent stripping and consistent torquing.

Nothing But The Best

Every component of CasCam that isn't crafted by us is sourced through manufacturers that hold the same standards as us. All of the aluminum components are machined from 6061 T6 aluminum that was extruded in the U.S.A. The t-nuts are CNC machined from a 303 stainless steel alloy to prevent rusting and corrosion. The camber slot washers are laser cut and brush finished from 304 stainless steel. All of the socket head cap screws are 18-8 stainless steel for corrosion resistance.

Quality USA Spherical Bearings

We searched high and low for a USA made, high quality spherical bearing supplier. The CasCam spherical bearings feature a bearing race to ball fit that is made to take on the harshest road and race conditions. The spherical bearings also use a PTFE liner which is chemically bonded to the bearing race. We specifically choose an over-sized spherical bearing that has a heat treated 440C stainless steel ball and a heat treated 17-4 PH stainless steel race for increased corrosion resistance and durability.
